Two shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

|$100.00 and above
Note: Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
Orders require a processing time of 3 business days. Bikes/Frames could possibly take longer depending on the manufacturer. There is a chance it may ship sooner, but we try to use that as the exception and not the rule.
In Store Pick-Up
Freewheeler Bike Shop is opened 6 days a week. You are able to choose the “In Store Pick-Up” option and get your items quicker if you are local. We’ll even email you and let you know when your order is ready. In Store Pick-Up orders are still subject to our 3 day order processing time.
We have a 30 day return policy. This means that we need to receive the returned product no more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
All returned items MUST be in the origianal packaging AND must appear brand new, unused, and uninstalled. Protect the item when shipping it back. Original packaging must look as good when we get the item back as when you received it. Otherwise, the item cannot be resold.
Please call us BEFORE returning any item so we can issue an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) # for you which will need to be placed somewhere on the outside of the shipping box. This will allow us to process your return in a timely manner.
Return shipping costs are the BUYER's responsibility.
Once the item and packaging have been inspected, a refund will be given. If it is determined that the policies above were not followed, the buyer will be contacted to discuss how the refund will be dealt with.
