The Kentfield 1 is our most-affordable Kentfield. Designed to be affordable, comfortable and reliable it’ll go the distance, every day of the week. Our Series 1 aluminum frame is lightweight and responsive, and comes decked out with plenty of rack and fender mounts to suit your setup. There’s a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, Vee Tire tires, Clark’s mechanical disc brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components. The Kentfield 1 is also available in a step-through version. SERIES 1 ALUMINUM FRAME - The Kentfield features a Series 1 6061 aluminum frame with disc brake mounts and rack and fender eyelets and fast rolling, multi-surface capable 700c wheels with either a standard horizontal top tube or a step-thru frame design. CRMO BMX INSPIRED FORK - The stylish CrMo BMX style fork has straight blades, disc mounts, and BMX inspired dropouts. HYBRID GEOMETRY - The Kentfield features upright seated hybrid geometry that mixes the upright position of a mountain bike with the efficiency of a pavement bike. WIDE-RANGE GEARING - Wide-range, 1x gearing is simple to use and offers as large if not larger of a gear range than multi-chainring bikes of the past.

The Coast Trail 16" is ready to tear up the local sidewalks, driveways and bike paths. Built around a lightweight aluminum frame and fork, and equipped with smooth rolling mixed tread tires and powerful linear pull brakes, these models are great for the new rider. Hand-operated brakes and freewheels help make the transition to their next bikes even easier. LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAMES & FORKS - Coast Trail models are all built upon lightweight Series 1 aluminum frames and aluminum forks. This ensures that your young rider won't be held back by a heavy bike, as a lighter bike is easier to control and balance. The weight savings goes beyond the frame, and we ensured that every component spec'd offers the best balance of weight to durability. KIDS-SIZED COMPONENTS - Kids are smaller all over, so our designers took that into consideration when designing the Coast Trails. Handlebars and grips are of smaller diameter than found on adult bikes, brake levers are specifically designed for smaller hands, and even the pedals and saddles are proportionally smaller. This helps kids maintain comfort and control while they are still developing their skills as riders. SMOOTH-ROLLING 2.0" TIRES - Smooth-rolling Marin x Vee Tire 2.0" wide tires are used on all Coast Trail models, with smooth center for easy riding on paved surfaces, and inverted tread on the sides for added safety when the paths are rougher.

It's an adventure bike, it's a gravel bike, it's a mountain bike, it's a commuter bike... it's whatever you want it to be. The Marin Larkspur 1 is built around a Series 2 butted CrMo step-through frame, a curved CrMo fork and 27.5” wheels. It has high volume 2.35” Vee Tire Co tires, a microSHIFT 10-speed drivetrain, Tektro hydraulic brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components to complete the package. STEEL FRAME - Larkspur models feature butted Series 2 frames with a mixte step thru design for easy mounting and dismounting, even with baskets and baby seats. WIDE-RANGE 1X DRIVETRAINS - Both Larkspur models are built around modern, wide-range drivetrains, 10-speed on the Larkspur 1 and 11-speed on the Larkspur 2. These drivetrains are stout and have all the gearing most anyone could use, without relying on sometimes-fussy front derailleurs. Clutch-type rear derailleurs and narrow-wide front chainrings keep the chain on track, all the time. DISC BRAKES - Hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance.
